Since this is a small business which manufactures custom products, I prefer to talk personally with each customer before I build a Personal Cushion Lift for them. This allows me to understand the requirements of each customer and the design elements of each cushion to be made. For this reason I ask that you contact me personally and discuss your needs. This is true for either a standard Cushion Lift or for a very customized Cushion Lift. I find that many times customers assume that a standard cushion will work for them when actually a few small changes would make a much better product for their needs.
Because this is a one-person business, I am often back-ordered several weeks. I can give estimated completion times for your order but it can often take longer depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payment Methods
My policy is that if you speak with me directly and commit to buying a product, I will begin as soon as possible to start your order. I will assume your payment will be arriving as agreed. However I won’t ship your order until I receive the payment.
If possible I prefer to have you send me a personal check or money order since this payment doesn’t cost me any fee for processing. (In case you don’t know, a typical payment through PayPal costs me about $15 when they deduct their fee).
If you find it more convenient, the easiest and fastest way to pay me is though PayPal.com. My contact address for transferring money with PayPal is: [email protected].
At this time I am not able to process debit or credit cards. This will change as my business requires it.
As I’ve explained in other places on this site, I do not take returns of products due to the personal nature of the cushions I make. If your Personal Cushion Lift is accidentally damaged after you receive it, I can usually repair or replace any part for a price which is much less than replacing the entire cushion.
If you no longer need your Cushion Lift, you will find there are a great many people around you (friends and family members) who would be interested in buying a used Personal Cushion Lift which is still in good condition.
